Authorities say a woman went to state police in Shickshinny and told them she is an active Trump supporter on Twitter and had communicated a few times with Jeffrey Boyd.
She told troopers that on Monday, Boyd showed up at her front door. She agreed to have lunch with him the next day.
The owner of Hog’s Hollow Saloon near Briar Creek tells Newswatch 16 that Boyd and the woman had lunch there on Tuesday. He ran into Boyd in the parking lot and said he was acting confused and manic.
According to state police, the woman said Boyd told her at lunch that the CIA is doing tests on him and that he is hearing voices in his head telling him to kill President Trump and his family.
“It’s a scary thought that someone would come from Tulsa to get to this area just to hunt down the president, so those are scary things,” said Bob Reap of Berwick.
After hearing her story, troopers searched for Boyd and found him in the parking lot of a grocery store in Briar Creek. They searched his vehicle and found a loaded gun and extra ammunition.

Last Tuesday, I was in the airport in Milwaukee, Wisconsin waiting for a flight home. I sat under a Large TV and the sound was fairly loud so I couldn’t help but hear it even though I couldn’t see it. As I listened, I thought the Comedy Central station was playing a rerun of Saturday Night Live or some other show and the skit was about CNN News. I thought it was pretty funny but a little strange that they were making fun of CNN. The skit made CNN look ridiculous because their constant and over the top deriding of President Trump. After listening for some time, I began to realize it wasn’t a comedy skit but the actual CNN News they were showing in the airport. I haven’t listened to CNN for very many years and I’d heard that they had become hyper critical of Trump, but I could not believe the utter crap I was hearing. Rather than news of any sort, it was pure character assassination of Donald Trump and anybody associated with him including the people who voted for him. Bottom line is that CNN sucks mightily.

Play it safe when Maxine Waters is blabbing her hate…turn CNN off, and those voices of murder and mayhem from the dark side will stop instantly. Better yet, delete CNN from the auto channel scan list. There’s no actual real news on CNN anyway, just spiteful opinions disguised as news.

Ummm, the woman communicated with Boyd a few times via Twitter, he drives from Tulsa to PA, shows up at her front door, she goes to lunch with him…. maybe she ought to be interviewed as well.
Lot’s of lonely people out there…. That said (whilst I do not venture North), if searched by police, the chances are very high that they would discover a loaded weapon…… Um right up until the fateful boating accident.
