Breitbart- Former Trump National Security Advisor and retired Army Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn filed a motion Tuesday to withdraw his guilty plea in a November 2017 plea deal, according to his lawyer, Sidney Powell.
She tweeted:
We just filed a Motion to Withdraw the plea of @GenFlynn because the government acted in bad faith, with vindictiveness, and breached the plea agreement pursuant to which he has cooperated fully at great personal expense and “held back nothing” according to #prosecuters until @GenFlynn refused to LIE on demand from #prosecutors in EDVA in Rafiekian case.

Good, I didn’t think Sidney Powell was going to just settle for that last decision. She should also request another judge and argue in front of a different corrupt judge! It’s enough to put up with incompetence but that crooked slime isn’t fit to be on the bench.

We’ve had the carrot of justice dangled in front of us for over three years now and nothing’s happened. It should be clear to all that if something was going to be done we would have seen some indication of it by now and there’s nothing to point to.
We’re being played.
Whats most confounding to me is that Trump could be doing some things to bring some accountability to this whole thing and yet he isn’t. And spare me the 3-D chess moves bullshit. I put alot of stock in Judicial Watch and they don’t see the indicators either.
Never make a deal with the government and expect them to keep it.
Ask the Indians if you don’t understand what this means.
To be clear, I’m not suggesting that Trump is in on the deception but it may be that he or his family is under threat and has his hands tied at least for now. He has the most powerful people in the entire world against him and he’s surrounded by back stabbers so it could be that he’s cornered.
I can’t think of another explanation for whats going on.

DOJ INTENTIONALLY “broke” plea agreement…..
This now allows the case to go away quietly…….no discipline or repercussion for corrupt DOJ….. So what looks like a win for Flynn was really orchestrated to allow all these bad corrupt government employees to save face and get out from under this farce of a trial….. Flynn can’t sue either if the case is dropped…. He still got screwed…maybe he can write a book and expose all the dirt he had on Obummer and Hillary and their corrupt pay to play schemes…..
