Oregon Court Says Man Putting Hands Inside Unzipped Fly and Thrusting Pelvis While Saying “B!tch, Get Over Here” Is Protected Free Speech

The left is insane.

A homeless man unzipped his fly and stuck his hand in (presumedly to pull out his junk. The woman, with her 7 year-old son, looked away) while thrusting his pelvis and repeatedly shouting, “bitch, get over here.” (How do we know the man was talking to the woman?)

A court of appeals said this was protected free speech.

Keep in mind, an Oregon teacher who demanded to be called “they” was awarded $60,000 because people didn’t go along with the silly decree.

Using a pronoun like “he” or “she,”  even sarcastically, is apparently not protected free speech. But a sexual verbal assault on a mother and her young son is.

Now, I’m not saying that shouting “bitch, get over here” isn’t protected speech. I’m questioning why saying “he” when someone wants to be referred to as “they” isn’t free speech.

I’d say you can make a stronger case that being referred to as “bitch” is just as bad as being called “he” when you’re born a male.
