Before PEX most plumbers carried that kind of shit in their cars or trucks on a daily basis. A pipe bomb would (probably) be more dangerous to the maker than to the intended victim. They should shove it up his ass and release him into the midst of his confreres.

…I can guarentee you that they are deliberately not showing us the “and what”, mostly to prevent every gibbering shemale and Nike wearing jackinape from trying to replicate it on their own. As an FF I worked with the county and city bomb squads on several occasions and there are things we had to know about bombs from them to be able to effectively work with them, but I would be in serious legal trouble even today if I shared that knowledge around, and so too I imagine the DHS agents would be.
The Internet already has enough info on making bombs on it, right or wrong as it may be, so it certainly doesn’t need anything published by anyone who actually knows what they’re talking about.
Even in court some specifics of successful devices are kept from open discussion and public record, and for the same reason; these idiots are destructive enough empty-handed, we DEFINITELY don’t want to give them tips on how to FILL it…

Soooo a terrorist with a pipe bomb gets arrested and perp walked and photo oped but if a violent communist terrorist shows up with a trunk full of broken concrete or bricks with the intentions of killing dozens of innocent people as possible he/she/it will not be arrested but will be gently dispersed away to kill people elsewhere.
