Very symbolic, this one. I guess this image is a bird-whistle.

I have seen bald eagles with a murder of crows (murder of crows is what you call a flock of crows) feasting on deer carcasses. They’re equal opportunity when it come to sharing dead animals. The first time I saw it over in Montana while I was driving I had to do a double take since I had never seen this before.
Yep, Lots of critters looking for a free ride on the back of America, aka American tax payers.
The crow is my favorite bird. I was in big trouble once when nearby I saw three of them together. Fortunately as I moved onto safety for what to any outside casual observer appeared to be the end, I have always associated three crows together as symbolic of God’s presence and protection. Ever since, three crows together always seem to present themselves in my time of need. Always reassuring me of God’s presence and protection. Then there was that time an eagle flew right over my car as I was freakng out over something way beyond my control to do anything about. Calmed me down in a heartbeat. Gives me chills thinking about it! Plus, crows are so damn smart. What other bird is clever enough to hitch a ride on an eagle’s back?
Crows and blackbirds try to parkour eaglets. (Wow, I never thought I’d ever type that stupid word.) To most adult eagles, crow is a snack. The younger eaglets (still big in size) are less wary of them.
A lot of people confuse crows with rooks, which are very similar in appearance. There used to be an organization that was called the Rook Society, which was dedicated to the preservation and breeding of rooks. They finally had to disband, though, because people kept coming up and asking, “Bred any good rooks lately?”

Although the allusion is excellent, does the photo match that of a weasel riding on a bird? http://static1.businessinsider.com/image/54f4e310eab8ea95630c2456/incredible-photo-shows-a-weasel-riding-a-woodpecker.jpg
There appear to be some memes around this pic, and a song. Google weasel on bird to see.
Looks like the crow(Obama) is butt-banging the eagle(America).
