Reuters published an article that will enrage liberals, titled, “Even before Trump, Black-led businesses say DEI initiatives fell flat.” Several black-owned businesses are raising concerns about the effectiveness of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies, stating that these initiatives have not significantly benefited them. Therefore, their elimination by President Donald Trump has left Black Businesses somewhat unphased because the Democrats’ DEI initiatives “isn’t for us” laments one owner. According to a report by Reuters on Tuesday, many black business owners remain largely unaffected by the rollback of DEI programs under the Trump administration.
“DEI isn’t designed for us,” Casey Cooper, a black business owner, told Reuters. “It may look promising on paper, but the financial benefits do not reach us.” Wendell Stemley, President of the National Association of Minority Contractors, also challenged the perception that DEI policies have effectively helped minority contractors. “There’s a misconception that the government has extensive minority business programs offering numerous contracts to black business owners,” Stemley said. “That’s not how the system actually works.” more here

DEI is the enemy of anyone (any color) who is smart, driven, ambitious or who wants an opportunity to go as far as his talents will allow him.
DEI is inherently unfair, is flawed in its applications, and is un-American, perverting the very tenets of American Exceptionalism and personal agency.

Casey Cooper is a black woman who own circle compass trucking. If you check their net sales they range any where from a billion (highly doubtful) to 27K is sales for fiscal 23. The government can’t force dei programs on a business unless you’re doing government contracts. I searched a cage code for Circle Compass, nada. Which means she’s not doing Gov contracts. At least under the name Circle Compass. I appreciate her sentiments, but it’s highly doubtful she was ever forced to implement a DEI program unless she took a big ass Gov loan.

I would think that Blacks would be (should be) insulted by the the New Age KKK (hypocritcal democRATz) essentially patting them on the head saying: “There there, it’s OK little Black people! We know you can’t compete so we’ll make a special program just for you!
Almost ANY democratically approved program, since Obutthole, is guaranteed to be anti-American, worthless and/or a total piece of SHIT that should have NEVER happened.
It is absolutely and unequivocally set up to enslave “vulnerable populations.”
