The Georgia State Senate Special Committee on Investigations Wednesday morning heard testimony from Trump RICO co-defendant Michael Roman’s attorney, Ashleigh Merchant.
In a previous court filing, Michael Roman revealed Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis “financially benefited” from a romantic relationship with top Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade.
Merchant testified on her conversations with Nathan Wade’s former law partner and divorce attorney Terrence Bradley. more
Sounds like a conspiracy.

This is the question that I thought should have been asked at the first: At whose behest was Willis acting? It deserves inquiry, because it is obvious that her own interests are too small, too self-centered and provincial for her to execute a legal coup against Trump. There is too little for her, personally, to excite her interest. That, and she’s actually too dumb to pull it off on her own; to wit.
I had the hearing on yesterday and it was really interesting. The first hour was all about hiring, billing and irregularities in Fani’s office in regards to Wade. At about the 1:04 mark and 1:08 mark the make mention of visits Fani had with WH officials. Then there’s a break and it’s when they come back at the 1:30 mark that things really got interesting. Attorney Merchant goes on to provide details of Fani using a media tracking service, Attorney Bradley’s ratting out Wade, the various programs for tracking cell phones and for downloading the contents of your cell phone, what looks like an effort within the D.A.’s office to find out who leaked the affair to Merchant, Fani’s misconduct in the Church address and a book “Find Me the Votes” recently published where the author was given access to the D.A.’s office in the run up too the indictments also the nature of the conflict of interest. All interesting stuff that I recommend you watch. At the 2:45 mark the turn the hearing over to the one democrat participant, Hearld Jones who badgers Merchant on case precedent until just about the end.
