Anti-Trump ‘Whistleblower’ May Have Committed Felony by Refusing to Report Contact with Schiff in Complaint

BLP:

The CIA “whistleblower” who issued a complaint against President Donald Trump based on his correspondence with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky may have committed a felony by not disclosing their meetings with Rep. Adam Schiff (R-CA) on the report.

The form submitted by the complainant required him to disclose all contacts he had regarding his allegations. If he failed to disclose those interactions with Schiff before filing the complaint, he could be subject to felony false statement charges. https://t.co/QGFh9vNFvC pic.twitter.com/aOXUpotkNl

  1. It helps to know who someone is if you want to charge them with something.

    Otherwise, you’re wasting your time.

  2. Anonymous; Even if they/we knew…our Non DOJ investigators would not get involved in investigating something they encourage, or have been directly involved in. We’re on our own.

  3. And since Schiff’s staff and most likely Schiff himself helped fill out the form that makes all of them criminal conspirators.

  4. Sounds like a conspiracy to commit felonies.

But, yeah, nothing’s gonna come of it. Nobody in a position to actually do anything about anything has any desire to do anything. The riches are on the other side of “doing something.” The FBI has proved its corruption – as has the CIA, DIA, NSA, FISA Courts, Prosecutors’ Offices, Attorneys’ General, and the Keystone Kops.

I guess that when they demand our weapons and herd us into “re-education” camps we’ll kick up a fuss.

  5. Let me get this straight. The altered the whistleblower report to allow 2nd and 3rd hand rumors but failed to alter the contact part? Who forgot that part?

  6. How so MAY HAVE committed…?!?
    The only “may” is
the whistleGOSSIPer *may* be prosecuted (depending on the level of corruption within the agency…and desired timing by Trump).

    He’s been caught.
    It IS a felony offense.

  7. To date, Manafort is the only one in jail for shit done years before Trump ran for office.

FFS, rouse Comey out of his PJ’s tomorrow morning before he can brew his chamomile, read his Sunday Times and post any Twitter pics of his FBI mug in front of the hearth.

  8. Laws are for the little people; not for democrats. No one will do a fucking thing about this obvious lawbreaking… again.

  9. Answerman Cooper, it seems pike the second weaselblower is getting cold feet about putting himself in legal jeopardy. I bet he lied on the same document about talking to Schiff, too. But I have no doubt that when the Dems work out the bugs in their Whistleblower scam, we will be treated to a half dozen of these cloaked assholes dumping on Trump. And they will be as effective as the twenty women Hillary threw at Trump in the final weeks of the 2016 campaign.
