Filmmaker Justine Bateman Mocks Ketanji Brown Jackson’s Broadway Debut: Like a ‘Make-a-Wish Grant’

Is it me or is this chick super short?

Breitbart: Actress and filmmaker Justine Bateman mocked Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson’s Broadway debut, calling it “baffling” and comparing her casting to “a Make-A-Wish grant” for critically ill children.

“This is baffling to me. It has all the earmarks of a Make-A-Wish grant,” Justine Bateman wrote in a Tuesday X/Twitter post, reacting to a promotional video of Jackson performing on stage. more

  1. “ABC reports it was her “lifelong goal” to be the first Black female Supreme Court Justice to perform in a Broadway show.”

I don’t see how ABC “reports” that with a straight face. That’s quite a wish. Really, two in one. What do they want from her? They must have a big wish of their own. Maybe have her kill Sotomayor before January 20th, so Joe could pardon her and pick a replacement for Sotomayor. Or two replacements if the pardon thing didn’t work out.

I’m not joking. Well, maybe a little. But this is who’s running our country now. I put nothing past them.

  2. l agree Mystaclean. I am quite familiar with live musical productions, and it takes many long hours of preparation. As a common, but productive, citizen of these United States I can’t, and could not fit that into my busy life. I’m working hard to live as inflation outpaces my paycheck.
Given the excuses we have seen by the vacation junkets of Clarence Thomas, and now this self-absorbed ego trip by one member of the allegedly most august and serious body of the judicial branch, almost a priesthood, I am offended by these elite’s excesses and excuses. Get to work SCOTUS! Your output is slow and dubious. If you have time in your lives to play pretend you are a problem that needs solving.

  3. Good.
You’ve done two life long goals; first black female Supreme Court justice, and now first black female Supreme Court justice to “act” on B’Way.
    Now retire already.

  4. …and I don’t get it, I guess. A “queer” Romeo and Juliet? This is the sorry conclusion to that early indoctrination which, among many others, relegated Shakespeare to the dustbin of History as just another “Old, Dead, White Guy.” Simply proving, once again, the evil one cannot invent or create; merely copy and twist.
    Wormwood sez, “Useful Idiots”.

  5. Atypical duplicitous nature of a leftist. The pronouned DEI person of color is more motivated and enthusiastic about bouncing around a stage like a spastic, screeching dwarf, than the honor of serving the people of the United States as a Supreme Court judge on the highest court in the land.
Highlighting the pronouned DEI person of color is a Supreme Court judge only as a Democrat power grab placeholder.
