Georgia’s Fetal Heartbeat Protection Now Law

Georgia became the fourth U.S. state this year to outlaw abortion after a doctor can detect a fetal heartbeat. After its Republican governor signed the bill, an abortion rights group vowed to challenge immediately.

Opponents called the legislation a virtual ban because fetal heartbeats can be detected as early as six weeks, before a woman may be aware she is pregnant. More

  1. No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process.
    Roe vs Wade was never due process.
    If it’s not a life then it is property, co-owned by the two creators (science).
    Where on the infanticide forms does a man sign for allowing his property to be disposed of?
    No where, therefore an abortion (going on the illogical path of it’s not a life) deprives a man of his property without due process.
    Roe vs Wade is absolutely bad Constitutional Law.
