Interesting thoughts that you have. You can’t judge a book by its cover. There are many things that you don’t know about Jed’s other past history. If one were to research, you works find that he has gone by a number of different names throughout the years. One would find that he has been arrested for drug use in FL, he has a large monetary judgement against him in MN, not long after he was arrested for child endangerment in CA, he went to AZ where he sexually assaulted a young woman while she was rendered unconscious. He immediately fled the residence where the assault took place and wandered about through AZ, TX sacs CO before heading to MT. This is a man who has some serious hurts from his childhood past and now he is on a mission to get his son. I wouldn’t trust him to be mentally stable and many are in harm’s way should he errupt and carry through with his terroristic threats. Always do your research, digging will typically show you what you didn’t know was there.

He may be right, but one thing Jed did do was challenge the police about an illegal stop and for violating his rights.

  1. 😳 Mama Mia! Guy’s got serious courage with a subtle flavor of questionable mental health. At times he sounds like he has some suicidal ideation. It would be interesting to hear the follow up. Where is he now? Did he follow through with a lawsuit? Has he been seen since?

  2. Been around the world three times. Talked to everyone once. Seen a couple buzzards fuckin. Been to two World Fairs. And I once know a man from Thailand who had a wooden cock. But that’s the first time I ever seen anything like that.

  3. I despise a-holes like this driver. I understand that there are bad cops out there, but I watch a lot of these videos, and the majority of them are good people trying to do their jobs. And they put up with an incredible amount of s..t from the public.

Also practically everything this idiot says about the law is false. Such as needing to read Miranda rights (they don’t unless they are questioning him) and needing a warrant to arrest someone. He is so annoying I was rooting for them TO shoot him.

According to at the link, this is the moron:

  4. Sounds like he was perhaps camping on State or federal forest land or maybe he was camping on private property. Got to hand it to the cops for admitting that they didn’t have probable cause and the situation was successfully deescalated. Property rights, mineral rights, water rights, grazing rights etc disputes can and do go hot all the time in Montana. What blows my mind is that actually doing a property records search you come across records that are not able to be reconciled as often as you do.

  5. What I saw here was cops holding a man for 40 minutes to run their dead end investigation at gunpoint. It’s unreasonable. If he was where he shouldn’t have been, in order to be trespassed he first needed to be asked to leave. Instead the cops leave.

  6. I was rooting for guy in the car. The cops should’ve told him why they stopped him. What’s the harm in that, sounds like harassment to me. With Guns drawn I wouldn’t have gotten out of the car either.

  7. Why draw your firearm? You serious? All the crazies out there we no longer live in Mayberry land. 4th amendment rights, bless your heart, again all the crazies changed our world, police have a duty to protect & serve, checking on suspicious activity is well within that duty. Next they can always pull the “wellness” card, to see if everything is alright.
You don’t like it there is always a friendly place to move to like Russia.

  8. Just show your hands, get out of the car, and comply with the officers, you absolute fucking moron. You could not pay me enough money to become a LEO today, not with the countless number of crazy bastards out there who believe they understand the law because they watch cop shows on television and have more than likely suffered irreversible brain damage at the hands of some liberal nut-sack who “teaches” college.

  9. Unfortunately we now have enough dirty cops that they are all soiled.
I speak from personal experience having lost a female cousin to a gun happy cop.
Remember all the lying cops on Jan 6 and understand it wasn’t an isolated incident.
I’ve stopped working with police unless absolutely necessary. If you call them they ask for more info about you, the caller, than they want about the complaint you called on. And they get pissed when you assert your rights.
There are still good cops but how do you know?

  10. The guy in the vehicle was right. The cops were in the wrong and they knew it. The cops are policy enforcers and not law enforcement. Obviously the cops need to be retrained in the laws regarding the constitution.

I don’t trust ANY part of our government anymore. People are learning how illegitimate our system really is and how we are nothing but slaves to these people in power.

There’s more of us than there are of them. My opinion is one coming from a law enforcement upbringing.

Once you understand that these officers can make-up and invent any excuse they want to detain you will understand what I’m talking about.

  11. The only reason he’s still alive is there was a camera aiming at the two cops. Otherwise, the coroner would have been on their way. I think that’s how it works, the cops lives were threatened they would have claimed. Thank God for cameras. Remember when cops were being filmed back in the day? They tried to shut the public down from doing it. Ha, ha, now they have to wear them.

  12. Despite Anonymous’s unsubstantiated claim, the courts have ruled cops have ZERO obligation to protect or serve. The only official role cops have is to preserve order and investigate crime.

Cops are often simply the best equipped street gang out there

  13. A friend I grew up with, who was a long-time DEA agent, disowned me as his friend because I once complained about some crooked cops in Houston who killed an innocent man when they raided the wrong house. They were later convicted and sentenced to prison for the cover-up they committed. He basically told me that there was no such thing as a crooked cop. He said he never encountered one in his whole career. Just as well because only a crooked cop would say such a thing. I’m better off without him as a friend.
