Starbucks Sells Individual Straws Wrapped in Lots of Plastic

It’s a straw dipped in flavored sugar.

You use it ONCE to flavor your tea or coffee.

On eBay they are going for 12 bucks.

  1. Some elderly, some with ALZ, cannot drink without a straw.

Some disabled people with a DNA defect, cannot drink without a straw.

Some people due to an accident, of some type, cannot drink from a straw.

Some people who stick their necks out in combat and get injured as a result, cannot drink without a straw.

All the above lack some type of voluntary muscle task, to drink water, to drink a soda, to drink WHATEVER the brain and body is asking for.

And the leftists do not understand these things.

  2. Some people cannot get nutrients, never mind H20, without a straw.

Drinking chicken broth, through a straw, has saved or extended many a lives.

The Left wants us all to drink out of Sippie cups…

IF you gave me one of those, with ALZ, I would hope to have the capacity to through it at you, the giver.

Take away ‘Pride’ is one of their goals.

  3. I ordered one.
I went and filled out the application for the permit. Once they get that and then they do the background check, I should get it in just a few weeks. I put down BFH and a few of you guys as a personal reference. I’ll let you know how I like it, once it arrives. (It is coming from china).
Until I do get it, due to my dysphagia, and not being able to get straws anymore, I’ve found that soaking sponges, then sucking on them seems to work out pretty well. I’ve been working on a 6 pack all day, and I’m going to crack open can 3 in a little bit. I love big government, and hope they make more rules and regulations.

  4. @Col. J:

You’re so right about the importance of being able to take in nutrition through a straw.
