A police officer was slandered and put under investigation by his department because of a doucherrific chain of events started by a doucherrific husband and wife.
Equally as culpable in this mess are the media, who are so hungry for any tidbit that might further the narrative that cops are racist, that they heard what they wanted to hear on a video.
Moron A heard a police stop outside his window, so he began recording. He said he thought he was about to witness a police shooting.
That’s when he says he heard the cop call the driver a nigger.
He sent the tape to the news media.
The news media put it on air, bleeping out the offensive word.

The Vallejo Police Department is asking for a retraction and correction of a news story erroneously claiming that a Vallejo Police Officer used a derogatory racial slur during a high risk vehicle stop of a car-jacking suspect.
On July 8, the Vallejo Police Department opened an internal affairs investigation after receiving information from a news source that a Vallejo Police Officer used a racial slur during a stop. KPIX CBS 5 had previously obtained a video depicting the event and later that evening aired a story indicating that one of the officers used the “N-word” during the contact.
That same evening, the Vallejo Police Department attempted to obtain an original copy of the video from the Vallejo resident who recorded the incident and from the news agency with no success. Interviews were conducted of the occupants of the vehicle who were both Hispanic. The driver of the vehicle denied that the officer used any racial slurs and specifically denied that the officer used the “N-word”. The passenger of the vehicle, David Plancarte, was arrested in connection with an armed car-jacking and refused to give a statement.
On July 9, the Vallejo Police Department obtained an original copy of the video from the resident who made the recording. Upon playing the recording, the officer can be heard clearly saying, “Hey David” where the “N-word” was reported by KPIX CBS 5 as being used.
The Vallejo Police Department has contacted KPIX CBS 5 and they have since stopped airing the story and removed all references from their website.
The internal affairs investigation continues regarding the officers’ use of profanity. The Vallejo Police Department is fully confident that no racial slur was used.

The damage is already done. The two dopes that were in a rush to record what they appear to hope was a police shooting or maybe another Rodney King bonanza aren’t really at fault here. They heard what they wanted to hear but then they don’t have a huge audience that they can reach. The real villians of the piece are the news folks who are supposed to be the trained professionals who are expected to check out every detail of a story they air especially one as incindiary as this one. Nope, they took the word of the first two dopes and went to air. That dangerous accusation hung around in the air for quite some time before it was finally discounted by both the tape and the accused. The cop ought to sue the TV station and try to get the case in front of a jury.

There have been two incidents in Alabama in the last couple of weeks where the cops were wearing a body cam. In both incidents, the “victim” put some sob story on FB or filed a complaint. The police chiefs in each case immediately released the videos and all outrage was gone/deleted. The police chiefs were not waiting for a court hearing or anything, they both said they were tired of their officers being defamed.
Their 12.537 minutes of fame……….
Cops, this is easy to solve. Just put a big sign on the street saying this street is not patroled.
