…worth pointing out was that Jesus railed against the Pharasee using legalisms to twist God’s Word to their benefit. Him threatening their stolen power like that was one of the reasons they crucified Him.
And the crucifixion was totally “legal” too, despite the fact that even Pontius Pilate publically said he could “find no fault in the man”, but did it anyway because, politics.
And if they could “legally” crucify THE MOST INNOCENT AND SINLESS MAN IN HISTORY, I guess they could crucify pretty much ANYONE.

But can we stop this rumination please.
Consider the utter nightmare that would ensue if pardons of ordinary people who already have been bankrupted and had their lives destroyed, e.g. the J6-ers, or someone allegedly wrongly imprisoned for years, could have their pardons challenged, and have to engage (possibly unable to engage) in yet another long round of litigation, because there were some potential charges arguably relating to the same act or not, that weren’t specified or charged.
Lawyers are inventive. If this door is opened, all kinds of theories then might have to be litigated. (“The wording said ‘through’ December 1 instead of ‘to’ December 1”.)
Stop it, just stop it.
Don’t blink, there are still 45 more days of destruction.

If the fact that Pedo Joe stole his “presidency” in the first place, this would vacate ANY action he took using usurped authority.
That would include pardons.

Why is no one asking Obama how much he knew about the crimes committed by Biden and his crack head son while Biden was his Vice President? President Trump really needs to find a way to make this Humper pardon – null and void. If that’s not possible, hopefully, a state or local court can find a way for a conviction to stick to this criminal dope fiend traitor better than the cocaine he snorts.
