The Senate burned the midnight oil to pass the budget-busting deal.  It now goes to Obama’s desk, who has vowed to sign it into law.

Thirty-five Republican Senators opposed the legislation (see how all Senators voted here) that gives government the green light to deficit spend till March 2017, when the next President and Congress have to produce an actual budget.

Lindsey Graham (R-SC) was the only presidential contender to vote for the bill.

  1. Not a single D voted against it (Manchin) but Graham, McCain, Hatch, and usual RINOs completed the circle jerk. GDT

    Gonna need the Windex handy for the next time Barrasso is on tv and I can’t stop myself from spitting at him.
