Almost? Nah, he’s there.
His association with the Clinton’s has moved him well past the confirmed pathological liar marker. He is no longer independently capable of discerning truth from a lie, or a lie from the truth. His brain is now filled with the Clinton fog.

Like Hillary, James Comey is a congenital liar.
Newtie was just being careful with the “almost” – without it he might have opened himself up to a defamation claim.
It is a rare individual whose ‘principles’ go against their financial interest.
Comey is rare in that he is so transparent, yet himself can’t see, just how obviously crooked he is. And the sanctimonious POS truly believes he is more noble than anyone else.
