  2. Your dog didn’t evolve long, pointed upper and lower canine teeth to graze grass, dumbass. Also, the dog has grinding molars, making it an omnivore. JUST LIKE YOU. However, the dog, wolf, ect., will ALWAYS choose meat protein over plant matter. The latter is the very, very last ditch choice.

    Give the dog some meat! You are pretty much abusing your dog.

    It almost makes me wonder when they’re gonna try to grow tits on George the dog and call him Caitlyn!

  4. Even worse: In New York City a while ago, there was a famous child neglect case against two parents for feeding an infant a vegan diet. These dumbasses were giving the baby ground nuts, water, and juice. No formula. No breast milk. Idiots couldn’t understand why the baby showed a “failure to thrive.”

I put my Vegan food in his bowl and then put hamburger meat in a wrapped package in my fridge and the dog CHOSE my Vegan food over the hamburger meat!! Got it! He loves being a Vegan and even attacks other animals who are not. Just like me!”

  8. Dogs are carnivorous, no question.

    A cousin of mine had a little white fluffy dog that would not eat meat.

    You could put a full plate of your dinner down and he would eat everything but the meat. Cousin would toss him a slice of banana and he would catch it. Piece of meat? Would let it land and barely give it a sniff.

    His vet gave him care at no cost to encourage him being brought in for everything he needed so they could document his health.

    A dog refusing meat is so out-there a vet is willing to no-charge his care for as long as he lives. That says all you need to know about forcing veganism on dogs.

  10. What can you say about people who so HAVE TO BE RIGHT, that they’re willing to kill their pets, to prove it?

    The person in the article had to go out of their way to poison their dog with that ridiculous dish, when feeding him the proper food, available everywhere, would be so much easier.

  12. I have heard of dogs living 30 years or more on a strict meat diet of throw away scraps from the local butcher. But who wants a yappy yorkie around for that long?

  13. My doggie loves veggies. He also has a weight Nazi for a vet who decided he needed to lose a few pounds. My doggie really does love veggies, so the vet suggested he have his regular kibble for breakfast and a bowl of veggies for dinner (shredded green leaf lettuce, chopped broccoli or cauliflower, shredded carrots, and peas..)

    He lost a couple of pounds and looks great. A few times a week he gets kibble morning and night. He also gets a dose of Omegease Fish Oil for doggies each morning.

    Would I feed him that exclusively? Hell no. Dogs need protein from meat.

  18. My dog Sarah loves me, I’m sure of that. She gets a variety of food (steak, single egg ham omelettes, tuna, salmon, a little bacon, other types of fish, Chicken breast with boiled rice, a serving of Royal Canin Mature kibble with every meal etc etc). All this has been cleared with the Vet. As I said I know she loves me but if I put her on a vegan diet I’m thinking I should start sleeping with one eye open as she’s a pretty smart mutt and wouldn’t even need those slickster lawyers that Jace Alexander used to get the sweetheart deal of probation.
