Joe Biden’s niece will finally appear in court after she was ­busted on drugged-driving charges in Pennsylvania, but there’s a catch.

Her arraignment has been set for Nov. 4 — one day after the presidential election.

How convenient.

Caroline Biden, the daughter of Joe’s brother James Biden, was arrested in August 2019. Her DUI case has been dragged out for over a year.

“I find it unusual that it would be that far into the future,” Mike Gottlieb, a Norristown attorney with experience in DUI cases, told the New York Post.
