53 Shootings: 8 Killed, 45 Wounded in Chicago Weekend Violence

Breitbart—Far outpacing previous years on the same weekend, mild weather brought down temperatures but raised gang violence in Chicago, with 53 shootings, which included eight deaths.

As thousands of music fans swarmed Chicago’s downtown area for the annual Lollapalooza music festival, the gangs were making noise of their own in the surrounding neighborhoods, with Friday ringing in with three murders before 7:30 p.m. Eight more were wounded that evening.

Saturday had fewer deaths by one, but more than double the number of shootings, with 19 people shot.  More Here

  1. The main reason the Sh!tcago politicians don’t want legally armed citizens empowered to prevent crime against themselves is because it might hurt their chances of getting Police Union dollars and support.

“Dat’s ire jibes deys takin’. P’lice union jibes! Da bears.”

  2. Rahm, the 4 fingered ballet princess, doesn’t care or believe black lives matter as long as the murders happen away from the downtown business district. Rahm is allowing Hillary’s base to erode in the black neighborhoods, one murder at a time.

  3. If the Obama’s hadn’t made complete and utter asses of themselves in front of the IOC, the 2016 Summer Games would be in Chicago this summer.

You can be damn-double sure the athletes would be a helluva lot safer in Chicago than in Rio. Sad.

    🙁

  4. That’s hardly worth mentioning. We used to go to the dump in Texas and kill more rats in an hour.

It seems that the uncontrolled thugs will eventually wipe each other out.

Soon, families will gather together in walled community family blocks, for survival.

  5. One person conduct a mass shooting that large and the world shudders. One Dem dominated city loses that many week after week after week end and the national media yawns.
