Three UAlbany students, who claimed that they were the victims of a racially-motivated assault late last month, will be facing charges themselves because of the incident.
The students, one of whom has been identified, claimed that they were riding a CDTA bus after 1 a.m. on January 30, when a large group of white people decided to attack them for no apparent reason, while hurling racial insults at them.
Asha Burwell, the only one of the three who has been identified, took to Twitter to claiming, “I can’t believe I just experienced what it’s like to be beaten because of the color of my skin.” She also claimed she was beaten up by “20 people” at once.
Soon after, Black Lives Matter held a rally for the “victims,” who also spoke at the rally. Liberal media outlets, as well as Hillary Clinton herself, quickly supported the three students, without waiting for facts.
The Huffington Post ran a full story on the incident, implying that the accused were guilty. Ms. Clinton said there was “no excuse” for racism, referencing the incident on Twitter:
Almost one month later, however, it turns out it was allegedly all a lie. Video, which has not been released to the public, emerged of the incident. No one who has viewed it has said it corroborates the story of the UAlbany students. In fact, it does the opposite.
According to people who have seen the video, the women may have been the ones to instigate the confrontation in the first place. Additionally, there were no racist slurs thrown at them and, in fact, the only racial thing said was from one of the “victims,” who may have called another passenger a “white bitch.”
Witnesses, including minorities, of the incident also contradicted the UAlbany students’ claims.
The allegations are so false that the three accusers will now face criminal charges. The nature of the charges have not been released and the students have not been arrested yet.

Geezuz, it would be nice to see Clinton confronted with the truth and have a reporter press her hard on it to admit she was wrong, the three blacks facing charges were just trying to stir up racial warfare and that she should have waited for the facts to come out. I know, I can dream can’t I?
It does not matter if the story is true or not.
They identify as people who were subjected to racism.
They identify as people who were beat up.
They identify as victims, so somebody has to pay.
I, on the other hand identify as a guy who laughs heartily at their incarceration, and unabashedly enjoys their predicament and hopes they are infested with bed bugs in jail

Some of us KNOW the velocity of a lie seems to give it weight it just don’t have. That spin on an issue gives it no additional legitimacy.
That far too many try to acquire their victim credentials without ever being victimized.
There are actual victims out there. Fucked over by their own government. Beaten and abused by people they are in relationships with. Victims of crimes involving violence. Those people deserve our help and understanding.
False victims need public ridicule and scorn. And if they complained to law enforcement about something that did not happen, criminal prosecution.

Had an incident on the ten year old’s schoolbus last week. New kid, 4th grader, taller than everyone (even the 6th graders) attacked my daughter’s bestie for supposedly looking at her funny. Jumped on her punching, kicking, pulling hair. Bus driver had to pull her off, police were called. New kid automatically said it was racially motivated, that my daughter’s friend made a racist gesture towards her, etc etc. Witnesses could not corroborate her story.
School allowed her back the next day, advocating patience with her due to the stressor of being expelled from her previous school.
We asked what protections our girls were going to be offered since they had been falsely accused of racism. We’re still waiting to hear, but next time it will not be an administrative issue.
