DENVER OFFICIALS RELEASE ILLEGAL ALIEN WHO BEAT A MAN TO DEATH

Illegal Alien Crime Report:

DENVER, CO (KDVR) – Prosecutors in Denver have declined to file homicide charges against a teenage jail inmate who allegedly beat another inmate to death on Monday.

Now he’s free and wanted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement after the Denver City Jail already released him.

Police, prosecutors and jail sources said 19-year-old Ricardo Lopez Vera got into a “mutual combat” fight with 42-year-old William Anderson in or near the shower area in pod H on Monday morning.

The Denver Office of the Medical Examiner confirmed Anderson’s death, but has not released details or cause.

The Denver District Attorney’s Office decision to not prosecute Lopez-Vera allowed him to make bail less than 40 hours after the fatal fight.  MORE

  1. I’m thinking it’s past time for prosecutors and other persons in an ‘official capacity’ to become responsible for the heinous crimes of those that are released unto the public.

  2. First time caught in the country, the Men go home with a debilitating ass beating. The women get fed and tossed across the border.
Second time, the women get the ass beating and the men get one Achilles tendon cut.
Third time, the women get a year in jail and another ass beating, the men get the other tendon cut.

  3. This is the problem noted a few days ago. Left wing DAs under-charge (or release) illegals in order to stay under the threshold for notification to ICE. We need a federal law the forces states to honor the ICE detainer regardless of whether or not a crime was committed. And federal charges against any DA who attempts to circumvent the law.

  4. This is why the people deciding to release these illegal thugs back into our society so they can continue to prey on US tax paying citizens need to be held personally responsible. No doubt this guy is going to get picked up again and I wouldn’t be surprised if it is for aggravated assault, rape or murder.
