The photo is FAKE. Irish did the sleuthing. It did prove one thing… it IS Bill Clinton, but it was photoshopped together. Here is the parody image-

This is my analysis of this photo.
It absolutely looks like him except for one feature – the nose.
BUT, this could be a function of two things –
- The angle is unusual. It’s from slightly above and it could obscure the bulbous “undercarriage” feature.
- Lighting. When a person is in silhouette at low resolution, contours on a nose can look a bit different.
I’d say, based on the picture, that this only has a 50% chance of being Bill Clinton. Based on Bill Clinton’s known character, this has a 1000% chance of being the cheating scumbag.
I don’t need no stinkin’ pictures to know that Bill has been naked in a hotel room with someone other than Hillary Clinton.
Case Closed.
It’s bent a little to the left.
Every ear is different. Zoom in on the ear. It will tell you whether it’s him or not.

The chin looks slightly shorter than the nose from the other photos of him pictured here. But as you said, it could be the angle.

I have cams around my house, and this looks exactly like a frame pulled from a video.
Which I hope is true, cuz if a video does exist, it will be awesome when dropped onto the internet.
And if there is one video, that means that there are a slew more waiting to be released.

P.S. – I mighta been more inclined to believe this if they hadn’t photoshopped a picture of Hillary campaigning for President onto the TV. Too ironic, too convenient.
