“Driver who fatally shot a man during a road rage
incident on an I-75 ramp won’t be charged”
FT. WRIGHT, Ky. (WKRC) – There will be no charges filed after a man was shot and killed on I-75 Friday. Kenton County Commonwealth Attorney Rob Sanders said the use of force was justified.
“Kentucky law states an individual is justified in the use of physical force upon another when the individual believes such force is necessary to protect against the use of unlawful force by another person,” Sanders said.
Sanders continued, “The investigation by Ft. Wright and Kenton County Police Departments conclusively found the shooter was reasonably in fear for his own life and responded lawfully.”

Simply drunk doesn’t really explain it. It takes deep, life-long stupidity to point an unloaded, trigger-locked firearm at somebody who may well be armed himself. Which was the case.
Brandishing an unloaded weapon in a show of superiority/stupidity gets you a one-way trip to the morgue.

When I was coming of partying age in the seventies, we had FUN, with plenty of alcohol and other mind altering substances involved. There were no bar fights, no shootings at parties, no road rage. There had to be a damn good reason to have at it with another person.
There a LOT of unhappy, empty-souled, God-less, angry people walking and driving the streets these days. God(Christ)-less being the key.
