“Multigendered” is actually quite doable. You can be in the United States and learn Spanish. This gives you TWO genders, “La” and “El”. Add German to your repetorie and you pick up THREE more, “Der”, “Die”, and “Das”; add French, two more, “Le” and “La”, and you’re ALREADY up to 7 without even exploring Italian, Swahili, Latin, etc., etc., usw…
